Domestic postage for small and medium size orders is with Royal Mail.For large orders or when items are required within 24 hours assured delivery please choose the DHL option. Works made to Order/Commissions

If you require a certain colour, size or quantity I am happy to undertake commissions. After discussing your order with you, I would then ask for a small non refundable deposit in order to enable me to carry out the work. Depending on the quantity or requirements of your order it may take anywhere from 2-20 weeks to complete. Please be aware that my work is handmade and this will sometimes result in variations to the form and final shade in colour of a piece. I will send photos of finished pieces for final approval before shipping. Works will be sent after final payment has been made. If your piece/pieces arrive damaged, please inform me immediately with photos please. Commissioned works are not refundable in most cases, therefor please do pay close attention to sizes and finishes quoted by myself in your commission details/our conversation prior to works undertaken.

Returns

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to cancel an order. You then have a further 14 days to return said item in unused, undamaged condition, as received. If your item does arrive damaged, please contact me within 48 hours to resolve the issue, if you could send photos of damages, this would help to speed things up. Cost of return parcels is at your own expense, please try to reuse the packaging that your work arrived in. It is important to ensure that ceramics are in the centre of the box, stacked with bubble wrap between and plenty of padding around the outside of the piece. If you need advice on re packaging please ask.

If you have purchased an in stock item from the website and you are unhappy with it you have 14 days to return the item in the same condition it arrived in, unused..

A final note: Purchases of items marked as ‘seconds or samples’ are not returnable or refundable. Please closely study any photos of these goods provided pre purchase. If you are unsure about the photos that you have been provided with, do to hesitate to ask for more detail.
